Mikkro was founded by Katerina Pimenidou and Katerina Stasinopoulou, two Greek architects with an extensive background in small-scale projects, both residential and interior. Based in The Hague, Mikkro has participated in projects in the Netherlands and Greece. Part of the brief was to present a new identity in order to refer to the aesthetics of the designers. Minimal design, with a combination of classic and modern style. We focused on the quality of the concept of ‘small’, the economy of space, its flexibility, and adaptability. The logo was created and from this, the brandmark emerges, with the conjunction of ‘m’ and ‘i’. The repetition of the circle (dot), is a reference to the two designers of the architectural office.
